People like William have a desire to learn and a desire to do something great, hes a person who would never think twice about building something like a windmill. People who would just tilt at a windmill don't have that same desire that William has, that need to do something great. People like him would make our world great, because they would all want to do something great, not something bad like many people do today. Even after he didn't get into the secondary school he wanted he made it his goal to still get and education, by persevering and studying all he could. This shows that he has "builder" mentality, not the "tilter". Many people surrounding William did not have this mentality but if ever one in his village did then everyone could have a better life with electricity, like Williams.
I think that some of the "tilers" think about being like William and making a windmill to supply electricity for there family, but they don't have the knowledge or perseverance to complete this task like William did. I feel like some people may try to make the windmill but since it would take to long or to much materials not available they would give up.
